    Mango Lassi : This yogurt drink is made with yogurt and mango pulp. When yogurt is blended with mango pulp and water it is transformed into a frothy delicious drink.

    Gobi Alu : Cauliflower with Potato Curry: What a great vegetable combination! Because of its popularity  this curry is frequently served anywhere from small parties to large fancy occasions.

    Cumin Rice :Cumin is one of the most recognized spices in the world.The flavour and taste of cumin is a nice companion to Basmati rice. This rice excites the taste buds of everyone in the family.

    MIlk Peda :This is a very popular sweet dish in India made with milk, sugar and saffron. It has a creamy and smooth texture similar to fudge.   PLEASE BRING: 1 each - 3 QT Pot or larger, Cover, Large Mixing Spoon and Mixing Bowl

    Strawberry Milk shake : The taste of this heavenly combination ff strawberry, milk and vanilla ice cream gives you a feeling of being on cloud nine. This beautiful pink drink usually served on a special occasions.

    Paneer : Indian cheese. We will make Indian cheese from milk. Its very easy to make. This soft and very delicious cheese can be used in a lot of different curries and sweet dishes.

    Paneer Masala :Paneer Masala is an upscale dish found only in fine restaurants .Everyone loves this dish.The golden color makes this dish alluring and the chunks of paneer cooked in creamy sauce enlivens your taste buds.You will be begging for more.


    Peas Pullao : Aromatic Basmati Rice cooked with nuts, peas and spices.It will stay in your palette forever.

    Spice tea : India’s popular tea is called CHAI. It’s a very healthy and tasty drink. It’s made with milk, sugar, tea and spices. This rich pink color tea is soothing on cold days.

    Malai Kofta :Creamy Kofta Curry is most popular in the Northern parts of India.The Kofta or “dumplings” are made with Indian cheese and vegetables. It’s a smooth curry with a rich and creamy taste.

    Vegetable Korma Curry : Select vegetables cooked in a coconut milk, spices and nuts.Taste great with any rice or bread.

    Layered Paratha :This flaky layered Indian flatbread is a great bread to enjoy with all types of curries. It tastes wonderful with tea or coffee anytime of the day.

    Bundi Raita :Raita is a soothing side dish that is somewhere between a sauce and salad. Usually this type of Raita is crunchy and creamy. It’s great companion for mouth burning hot dishes.

    Pav Bhaji :This mixed vegetable curry is perhaps Mumbai’s most popular delicacy and the dish most frequently served by Mumbai street vendors. This curry is eaten with bread rolls.

    Dal Palak : Moong dal with Spinach Curry : Moong dal are tiny split beans without skin. It’s very easy to cook and the tastiest lentil of all. Moong dal with spinach makes a wonderful and satisfying curry. You will love it.

    Saffron Rice : Basmati Rice is aromatic and nutty by itself, but when you add saffron, it becomes a real royal dish. It’s so easy you can have it everyday.

    Cucumber Raita : Raita is a southing side dish that is a somewhere between a sauce and a salad. This particular variety of raita uses cucumber, fresh yogurt and spices. Great for cooling the palate down.

    Khichdi : Khichdi is a highly nutritious and specialty dish of West India. It’s made with lentils and rice. Mouthwatering and shiny khichdi is unresistable.

    Kadhi : Buttermilk soup : Kadhi is a thick soup made with yogurt and water.It’s a good companion with any kind of rice dish. It goes very well with Khichdi.

    Potato Curry :This curry made of steamed potatoes and spices. This thick gravy-type curry is very easy and quick to make. Tastes great with any kind of rice dish or bread.

    Salad : Kachumber : So simple yet so delicious, Kachumber salad is a fresh chopped onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage and cucumber. Traditionally onion and tomato kachumber goes with Khichdi. Everyone will love this Kachumber with Khichdi.
